Job Summary

Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack on newer model trucks equipped with large capacity refrigerators, heated/cooled seats, and lane assist sensors. Drive loads from Fredericksburg, VA, to locations in Virginia and Maryland, utilizing the Hirschbach App to scan paperwork, receive mobile communications, and access payroll information. Earn base pay plus per diem reimbursement and a monthly safety and performance incentive bonus tied to miles driven. Maintain eligibility for extra availability incentive pay by working five or six days of dispatch. Enjoy weekly home time, vacation pay after one year, and access to a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and a $10,000 life insurance policy.

Required Qualifications

Must be available for five or six days of dispatch
