Job Summary
Haul manufacturing parts in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and 90% drop-and-hook. Manage approximately 10 loads per week, driving within IN, KY, and TN with home time daily. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of $3,000 (experienced) or $1,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly payments. Paid orientation and PTO after 6 months, plus holiday pay. Annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay.
