Job Summary
Dedicated truck driver responsibilities include hauling store merchandise using dry van trailers with live unloads at customer locations; no hand unloading. Expect 5 loads per week with 1–3 stop-offs per load and home time weekly, driving within 500 miles of Frankfort, NY. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, and on-duty hourly pay with weekly pay, plus sign-on bonuses ($2,000 for experienced drivers, $1,000 for inexperienced) paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross. Requires valid CDL-A; HazMat endorsement preferred; company offers benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match) and other military and referral programs. E-Verify is used for employment eligibility; recruiters can provide accommodation as per ADA guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Live within 100 miles of Frankfort, NY or Shrewsbury, MA
- HazMat endorsement preferred
- Experience: All CDL holders
