Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated truck driver for Tractor Supply. Haul store merchandise in dry van trailers with live unloads at customer locations. 9 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load, driving within 400 miles of Martinsville, VA. Weekly pay with mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay. $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $1,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross.
