Job Summary
Dedicated truck driver for Tractor Supply routes within a 500-mile radius of Frankfort, NY. Haul store merchandise on dry van trailers with live unloads at customer locations and 1-3 stop-offs per load, averaging 5 loads per week. Home time is weekly. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of $2,000 (experienced) or $1,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, and potential annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross. Requirements include a valid CDL-A; living within 100 miles of Frankfort, NY or Shrewsbury, MA; HazMat endorsement preferred; company-paid CDL training programs available.
