Job Summary
Dedicated truck driver hauling building materials in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 50-100% drop-and-hook freight. Routes within CT, MA, NJ, NY, and PA with an average of 11 loads per week and daily home time. Pay includes mileage pay, load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and $5,000 sign-on bonus (experienced) or $2,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holidays per year, and annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, and military benefits. Requires a valid CDL-A and HazMat endorsement within 90 days; candidate must live within 45 miles of Westfield, MA.
