Job Summary
Dedicated truck driver for Schneider: Haul animal feed freight in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook. Daily home time with 10 loads per week, and routes within Iowa and Minnesota. Earn weekly pay with load pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($3,000 experienced, $1,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months in the first year. Includes paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holiday days per year, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Company benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and military benefits; E-Verify and ADA accommodations are provided. Schedule is FULLTIME with consistent miles and home time, welcoming diverse applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 40 miles of Shakopee, MN
- Ability to drive in Iowa and Minnesota
- Experience with dry van trailers (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks and orientation
