Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated truck driver position hauling building materials in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 50-100% drop-and-hook freight. Average weekly pay $1,060–$1,300 with 11 loads per week, home daily, and routes limited to CT, MA, NJ, NY, and PA. Includes sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months plus holidays, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive driver benefits. Eligible drivers will operate under Schneider’s driving team and support structure, with hazmat endorsement due within 90 days of hire and company-paid CDL training options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Live within 45 miles of Westfield, MA
- Experience: All CDL holders
