Job Summary
Operate a dedicated dry-van truck-driving position with Schneider. Haul store merchandise, perform 100% hand unloads, and manage 2-5 loads per week with 1-5 stops per load. Drive on routes within CA/NV/OR/UT as part of a dedicated account; schedule emphasizes weekly home time and consistent miles. Eligible drivers receive paid orientation, benefits (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) with company match, holiday pay, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus program up to 2% of gross pay.
