Job Summary
Haul metal scrap using roll off equipment with 100% no-touch freight and 12 loads per week. Drive within Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio; home time is daily. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay, paid orientation, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off after 6 months plus holiday pay. Annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Requires a valid CDL-A and living within ~25 miles of Fairfield, OH. Schedule is full-time with opportunities for annual bonuses and comprehensive driver-focused support.
Required Qualifications
