Job Summary
Dedicated dry van route hauling clothing for Schneider Dedicated. 10% drop-and-hook, with 3-4 loads per week and 2-3 stop-offs per load. Daily pallet jack unloading of lightweight freight. Drive within IL, IN, MD, MI, OH, PA, and WI with home time weekly. Competitive pay includes mileage and load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced drivers; $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 monthly payments in year one. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and military benefits. Meets a CDL-A requirement and residency proximity to Columbus/Seville/Toledo, OH; company offers CDL training programs. E-Verify is used for employment eligibility.
