Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated truck driver for the Schneider account servicing Dollar General in the Midwest. Drive 100% hand unloaded freight using liftgate trailers, perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backings, and complete 3-5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs. Home time is weekly. Compensation includes mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced drivers; $5,000 for inexperienced), paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holidays per year, and an annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and military benefits. Applicants must have a valid CDL-A and may access company-paid CDL training. E-Verify is used for employment eligibility.
