Job Summary
Dedicated Team truck driver role hauling dry van freight for R+L Carriers. 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight with two round trips per week between Salt Lake City, UT and Farmington, MN. Team operation; must be a formed team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months plus holiday pay, and an annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for experienced drivers and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Company-paid CDL training options available; HazMat endorsement reimbursed on receipt; eligible for military experience credits and apprenticeship programs. Additional equipment and technology aimed at driver comfort, with E-Verify compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement required at time of hire
- Tanker endorsement required at time of hire
- Live within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, UT
- Team qualification: must be a formed team
- Company-paid CDL training options available
