Job Summary
Dedicated Team truck driver for Harley-Davidson. Haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and about 75% drop-and-hook freight. Expect 3-4 loads per week, driving east of the Rocky Mountains, with weekly home time and a dog-friendly policy. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($10,000 for experienced drivers; $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 months, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and other driver-focused benefits.
