Job Summary
CDL-A Dedicated Team truck driver position hauling Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers. 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight with 7 loads per week, home time weekly, and routes east of the Rocky Mountains. Eligible drivers receive competitive weekly pay ($1,190–$1,460) plus bonuses, paid orientation, PTO/holiday pay, and a company-wide benefits package. Opportunities include company-paid CDL training, sign-on bonuses (experienced drivers $10,000; inexperienced drivers $5,000), and 401(k) with company match. Pet policy allows bringing a dog or cat on the road. Employment is Full-Time with Schneider Team Dedicated driving, plus diversity and ADA accommodations in the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training)
