Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated team truck driver for Harley-Davidson. Haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and 60% drop-and-hook. Average weekly pay between $1,190 and $1,460 with weekly home time, 7 loads per week, and routes east of the Rocky Mountains. Includes $10,000 sign-on bonus (experienced drivers) or $5,000 (inexperienced), paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus six holidays per year, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits. Company-paid CDL training options available; program emphasizes driver comfort with leading equipment and a strong diversity and inclusion framework. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
- Live within 75 miles of Carlisle, PA or York, PA.
