Job Summary
CDL-A team driver position for Harley-Davidson: haul motorcycle parts and engines in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 75% drop-and-hook freight, 3-4 loads per week, and home weekly. Competitive pay with mileage and hourly on-duty pay, weekly performance pay, and signin bonuses ($10,000 experienced, $5,000 inexperienced). Includes paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match), and military benefits. Vehicle and equipment emphasis, driver-friendly culture, and ADA accommodations available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Live within 60 miles of Fort Wayne, IN; Gary, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Millbury, OH; Obetz, OH; Seville, OH; Sturtevant, WI; or Woodhaven, MI.
