Job Summary
Dedicated Team truck driver for Ford, hauling dry van auto parts with 100% no-touch and 80% drop-and-hook. 2-5 loads per week, home weekly, driving within California, Nevada and Oregon. Includes dog/cat on the road under the Team Pet Policy. Pay structure includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers (and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 months in the first year. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus 6 holidays per year, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Requires a valid CDL-A and residence within specified Oregon area; comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and company-matching contributions. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 100 miles of Portland, OR and live in Oregon
- Ability to drive long-distance and work as part of a team
- Experience: All CDL holders
- Team driving capability
- Safety and compliance knowledge
- Excellent driving record
- Team Pet Policy compliance if applicable
