Job Summary
CDL-A tanker driver needed for nightly routes hauling sodium silicate in tanker trailers. Duties include loading/unloading non-hazardous liquid chemical loads, completing ~10 loads per week, and operating on a night schedule with daily home time. Compensation includes mileage and load pay, hourly pay while on duty (not driving), weekly performance pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and industry-leading driver support. Must have CDL-A with tanker endorsement, be within 25 miles of Chicago, IL, and have at least 3 months of Class A driving experience; night driving is required on this account. Full-time position with Schneider Dedicated Tanker driving.
