Job Summary
Operate a nighttime tanker route hauling non-hazardous liquid chemical loads (sodium silicate) with tanker trailers. Load and unload at customers, averaging 10 loads per week, with daily home time. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid across 12 monthly installments in the first year. Paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months plus holiday pay, and comprehensive driver benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match). Training and equipment designed for driver comfort, with an emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Tanker endorsement required at time of hire
- Live within 25 miles of Gary, IN
