Job Summary
Dedicated Reefer truck driver for Kroger delivering frozen/refrigerated goods. 12 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs, 90% no hand touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight. Regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs within IN, MI, OH and WV. Weekly pay with mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay; sign-on bonuses of $10,000 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months; paid orientation and PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay. Annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and military benefits. Company-paid CDL training options available. Home time daily; driver-focused culture and ADA accommodations available upon request.1
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
- Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.
