Job Summary
Dedicated Reefer truck driver for Costco: haul reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook freight. Responsibilities include regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, handling 5-8 loads per week, and driving routes within MD, PA, and VA. Compensation features mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, weekly performance pay, and generous sign-on bonuses ($7,500 experienced, $5,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months, plus paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision) with 401(k) matching.
