CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer truck driver - Costco

Dedicated Reefer truck driver responsible for hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook operations. Expect 5-8 loads per week, routes within MD, PA and VA, and familiarity with slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced drivers; $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid orientation; PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay; annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay.
