Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver for Lidl. Haul grocery store refrigerated products on a night schedule with 100% hand-unloads using pallet jacks. Typical cadence: 4 loads per week with 1-7 stop-offs per load, driving within DE, MD, NJ, PA, and NY including New York City. Home time is daily. Pay includes hourly pay and load pay, plus weekly performance pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months (plus six holiday days per year), and an annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
