Job Summary
CDL-A driver for a Lidl dedicated reefer nights haul. The role involves night driving, 100% hand-unloads using pallet jacks, and hauling grocery store refrigerated products. Routes cover DE, MD, NJ, PA and NY including NYC, with 4 loads per week and 1-7 stops per load. Compensation includes hourly pay, load pay, weekly performance pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Equipment and benefits emphasize driver comfort, military and veteran benefits, and ADA accommodations upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Drivers on this account are required to drive at night.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
- Live within 30 miles of Perryville, MD.
