Job Summary
Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver for Lidl. Hauls grocery store refrigerated products with 100% hand-unloads using pallet jacks. Typically 4 loads per week with 1-7 stop-offs per load. Routes include DE, MD, NJ, PA and NY (including New York City); home time is daily. Compensation includes hourly pay and load pay, weekly performance pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months, paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay. Requires a valid CDL-A and night driving; location constraint is within 30 miles of Perryville, MD. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and military benefits. Schedule is full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- CDL-A required
- Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
- Drivers on this account are required to drive at night
- Live within 30 miles of Perryville, MD
