Job Summary
Dedicated Reefer trailer hauling frozen and refrigerated goods for Kroger. 90% no hand touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight. Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs with 6 loads per week and 1-2 stop-offs. Routes operate within IN, MI, OH, and WV, with home time daily. Pay includes mileage and load pay plus hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay and annual bonuses. Sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for experienced drivers and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay, company benefits, and CDL training options available. Driver must have a valid CDL-A and be willing to drive at night; location requirement: live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH
- Night driving required
- Experience with reefer trailers preferred
