Job Summary
CDL-A driver for a dedicated Reefer night-route to Costco. Responsibilities include hauling reefer and dry van freight, 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook operations, and performing slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. Route covers within 150 miles of Owatonna, MN with home time daily and 7 loads per week. Competitive pay structure includes mileage pay, load pay, and hourly pay while on duty, plus weekly performance pay. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months with holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay; sign-on bonuses of $2,000 (experienced) or $1,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months.
