CDL-A - Dedicated Reefer daytime truck driver - Costco

Dedicated Reefer daytime truck driver responsible for hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls. 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and-hook freight. Execute regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs, typically handling 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load. Routes confined to IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD. Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty (driving), weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($5,000 experienced, $2,000 inexperienced) paid over 12 months in the first year. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months plus holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of annual gross pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and military benefits. Eligible applicants should be within 60 miles of Council Bluffs, IA. Training programs are company-supported, and E-Verify is used for eligibility. Schedule is FULLTIME with a home weekly pattern.
