Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated Reefer daytime truck driver position delivering to Costco stores. Haul reefer and dry van freight with 100% no-touch and about 50% drop-and-hook. Manage regular slow-speed maneuvers and complex backages; 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stops per load. Routes confined to IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, and SD. Competitive weekly pay ($1,330-$1,630) with mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (experienced) or $2,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holiday pay, and annual bonus up to 2%. Paid orientation; fully ADA-compliant accommodations and E-Verify. Home time is weekly. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Live within 60 miles of Council Bluffs, IA
- Experience: All CDL holders
- 100% no-touch freight
- 50% drop-and-hook freight
- 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stops per load
- Average pay: $1,330-$1,630 weekly
- Home time: Weekly
- Paid orientation

- Sign-on bonuses: $5,000 for experienced drivers and $2,000 for inexperienced drivers paid over 12 monthly payments
