Job Summary
Operate 2021+ Freightliner automatic sleeper trucks on dedicated lanes between CA, CO, ID, and OH, hauling refrigerated produce, dairy, and dry goods with one scheduled stop per load. Maintain proper temperature control, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and monitor equipment condition, reporting mechanical issues promptly. Fill in for scheduled drivers or open routes as needed, providing excellent customer service at delivery points. Flexible home time typically includes 10-15 days out with 2 days home.
