Job Summary
CDL A Dedicated OTR Driver operates tractor/trailer or straight truck to transport product from Distribution Centers to Vendor destinations in compliance with DOT regulations, with White Glove service at every delivery. Role requires pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining logs and trip reports, secure handling of freight, and adherence to safety and inspection standards. Travel is approximately 75% or greater. Compensation includes $29.00 per hour with time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours. Skills include heavy equipment operation, safety compliance, route/product delivery, communication with supervisors, and strong customer service. Location: Yonkers, NY, US; on-site with no remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer Class A driving experience
- Class A CDL required
- Meets FMCSA and company requirements
- Pass Background and Drug Screening
- Clean driving record
