Job Summary
Dedicated nighttime CDL-A driver for Schneider Dedicated: haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers, handling 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Drive within Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin with weekly home time and a pay package including mileage pay, load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and a sign-on bonus ($7,500 for experienced, $5,000 for inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Orientation and PTO available after 6 months, plus holiday pay. Annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and military benefits credits. Applicants must have a valid CDL-A and be able to drive at night; live within 100 miles of Gary, IN or Sterling, IL; includes potential company-paid CDL training options.
