Job Summary
Haul palletized retail store product for dedicated customers in Bethel, PA using 53 Ft dry van trailers. Perform no-touch live load/unload and drop-and-hook operations with Day cabs. Average 10–12-hour shifts covering 1–2 loads per day with 1–3 stops per load plus backhauls, staying within a 250-mile radius. Complete 1,600 miles per week with early morning start times ranging from midnight to 3:00 a.m., with some shifts beginning as late as 8:00 a.m. Consecutive days off are available with first pick of schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
