Job Summary
Conduct daily local deliveries hauling palletized retail product for dedicated customers using no-touch live load/unload procedures on 53-ft dry van trailers. Operate 10–12 hour shifts averaging 1,600 miles per week with 1–2 loads and 1–3 stops per load, including backhauls within a 250-mile radius. Maintain compliance by adhering to three moving violation and one DOT recordable accident restrictions, ensuring English proficiency for traffic sign interpretation and official record entries. Earn weekly compensation based on CPM and per-stop rates with a $2,500 sign-on bonus, working flexible schedules such as Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday with consecutive days off. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- Must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
