Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated flatbed truck driver role with PODS. haul containers on flatbed trailers across all 48 states, strap and secure PODS containers, 2-3 loads per week with 2-5 stops each, with home time monthly. Compensation includes mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months and holiday pay, plus potential annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, unlimited referral bonuses, and military benefits. Must have a valid Class A CDL and live within 50 miles of Birmingham, AL. This is a full-time position with Schneider’s inclusive culture and E-Verify participation.
