Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated daytime truck driver needed to haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers. Expect 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load and routes within IA, IL, IN, and WI. Competitive weekly pay with mileage and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses ($7,500 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers) paid over 12 months. Benefits include paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and referral bonuses. E-Verify participation is noted. Must have a valid CDL-A and be within 100 miles of Sterling, IL; training programs may be available through company-provided options.
