Job Summary
Dedicated daytime truck driver responsible for hauling 100% no-touch freight using reefer and dry van trailers. Expect 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load, and routes within IA, IL, IN and WI. Competitive pay includes mileage pay, load pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, and annual bonus potential. Sign-on bonuses of $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year, along with paid orientation and Paid Time Off after 6 months plus holiday pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and military benefits. Home time is weekly, with reliable home-to-route consistency and full support from Schneider’s driver team; E-Verify participation and ADA accommodations available upon request.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Live within 100 miles of Sterling, IL.
