Job Summary
CDL-A dedicated daytime truck driver position with Schneider. Drive 100% no-touch freight on reefer and dry van trailers within IA, IL, IN, and WI. Home time is weekly with 7-8 loads per week and 2-3 stop-offs per load. Compensation includes mileage pay, load pay, on-duty hourly pay, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses of $7,500 (experienced) or $5,000 (inexperienced) paid over 12 months. Paid orientation, PTO after 6 months, holiday pay, and up to 2% annual bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, unlimited referral bonuses, and more. Requires valid CDL-A and being within 100 miles of Gary, IN. Applicants may be eligible for company-paid CDL training programs.
