Job Summary
Drive dump trailers and dry vans on dedicated OTR routes with 100% drop and hook freight handling. Operate mostly manual semi-trucks across 1,700 to 3,000 average weekly miles without driver load or unload duties. Maintain a Class A license with endorsements for tank vehicles, hazardous materials, and doubles/triples, plus 12 months tractor trailer and 6 months OTR experience. Take the truck home if a safe legal parking spot is available, earning an average of $2,200 weekly with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Receive 2 days of home time for every 10 days worked, ensuring at least 2 weekends off per month.
Required Qualifications
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (X) Tank Vehicles/Hazardous Materials and (T) Doubles/Triples endorsements at time of hire
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
- 6 months OTR experience
