Job Summary
Drive new vehicles, fleet cars, and occasionally specialty units across regional and OTR lanes for a national network of automotive OEMs and auction customers. Inspect every vehicle, adhere to loading and unloading best practices, and communicate professionally with customers and dispatch while maintaining your truck's proper maintenance and inspection status. Maintain a valid Class A CDL license with at least two years of commercial driving experience, including one year of car hauling, and pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Work at least five days per week within Hours of Service regulations, handle physical demands like squatting and climbing to secure cargo, and ensure all vehicles are transported damage-free. Earn $70,000–$120,000+ annually with performance bonuses, paid vacation, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Be 22 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Class A CDL License from your state of residence
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of Class A Commercial Driving Experience
- Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record demonstrating commitment to safety
- Pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check that meets industry requirements
- Have or be able to obtain a TWIC card
- Be able to read, write, and speak English as required by FMCSA regulations
- Be able to handle physical demands such as sitting for long periods, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and climbing to load and secure vehicles
- Willing to work at least five (5) days per week within Hours of Service (HOS) regulation
- Take pride in your truck: keep it properly maintained and inspected
- Conscientious, reliable, sensitive to customer and Company needs: willing to inspect every vehicle, adhere to loading and unloading best practices, follow all traffic laws, avoid cargo damage, communicate professionally with customers and Company, understanding that dispatch must balance driver interests and customer commitments/performance
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year Car Hauling Experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
