Job Summary
OTR truck driving role for CDL-A drivers offering 1099/contract arrangements. Runs 48 states with options for long home times (e.g., 2 weeks out with 2 days home, up to 4 weeks out with 5 days home). Equipment includes 2024-2027 Volvos/Freightliners with APU, fridge, microwave, inverter, and tablet. Trucks are governed at 72 mph with automatic transmission; dry van and reefer configurations; dry van drop & hook and reefer live load/unload; no touch freight. Pay is $0.80 per mile for both dry van and reefer, with typical weekly earnings around $2400-$2500 and average over 3000 miles weekly. Driver responsibilities include running all 48 states and adhering to DOT requirements; benefits include weekly direct-deposit pay. A Premade Team option is available if a partner is ready to roll.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A license
- OTR experience of 1.5+ years with CDL showing 2 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years
- Only 1 DOT Recordable Accident in past 3 years
- No more than 8 jobs in past 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in past 2 years
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
- Urine drug screen required
