Job Summary
CDL 3rd Party Examiner role at Stevens Driving Academy (on-site at Stevens Transport HQ in Dallas, TX) focuses on administering CDL skills and knowledge tests in strict adherence to state and federal guidelines. Preference for demonstrated decision-making, clear communication, time management, independent and collaborative work, and knowledge of DOT and CDL requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Certified 3rd Party CDL Examiner with experience conducting CDL testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal CDL requirements and testing standards
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proficiency in using testing and evaluation software, as well as general office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Must possess a valid CDL (Class A)
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a CDL Examiner is required
