CDI Technician II (2nd Shift)

Job Summary
Perform CDI processing activities following approved work instructions, inspect parts and assemblies for workmanship and conformance, and complete production, quality, and inventory transactions within company systems. Verify part counts and lot traceability, identify discrepancies or process deviations, and handle customer-owned semiconductor components to prevent contamination. Maintain organized work areas adhering to 5S standards, assist with material movement and work order prioritization, and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. This role supports 2nd shift production and customer delivery requirements in a manufacturing environment in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to perform detailed tasks
- Ability to visually inspect parts and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and understand production documentation and work orders
- Basic math and counting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to safely handle delicate customer components and materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications
- Six months to two years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, inspection, assembly, technical, military, or related experience
- Semiconductor, cleanroom, contamination-control, quality inspection, or materials handling experience
- Candidates with strong transferable skills from production, logistics, warehousing, automotive, aerospace, military, or other technical environments
