Job Summary
Define and evolve the Data & AI governance framework by establishing policies, standards, roles, and responsibilities to ensure enterprise-wide coherence. Animate governance instances, support the Data Managers, Data Owners, and Data Stewards network, and foster adoption of best practices across business units. Pilot governance services and tools, set maturity indicators, and drive continuous improvement while managing the team and developing service offerings. Accompany major transformation programs by guaranteeing data quality, model consistency, reference governance, and identifying data-related risks. Define the AI usage governance framework, qualify use cases, and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance. Build and pilot the Data & AI Governance roadmap, track performance metrics, contribute to global Data strategy, and oversee the associated budget.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data governance and transformation program support
- Experience in structuring governance approaches in complex environments
- Federation of stakeholders with diverse profiles
- Supporting organizational maturity around data issues
- Knowledge of data governance concepts including data quality, data lineage, data catalog, Master Data Management, and reference governance
- Knowledge of regulatory issues related to Data and AI, including GDPR and AI Act
- Ability to transform strategic issues into operational roadmaps
- Influence without hierarchical link
