Manage the Visual Merchandising team at the 31 Rue Cambon boutique, ensuring daily display compliance with Chanel's image guidelines and brand values. Coordinate project implementation for collections, events, and store decor while analyzing competitive trends and forecasting material needs. Plan team workflows, evaluate performance, and train new hires to maintain operational rigor. Serve as the primary liaison between the store, Image service, and France Visual Merchandising department. Ensure continuous display maintenance throughout the day. Requires 4-7 years of retail VM experience with natural leadership skills. Full-time role based in Paris, starting mid-September 2026.
