Job Summary
Coordinate technical operations for concerts, tours, and sporting events at Paris La Défense Arena, adapting site capabilities to production requirements and organizing pre-event technical meetings. Serve as the primary liaison between external productions and internal teams, managing technical dossiers, quotes, and the fluidity of logistics during setup, execution, and teardown. Supervise crew chiefs and technicians, ensuring compliance with ERP safety protocols and emergency procedures for high-risk activities like rigging and electrical work. Anticipate human and material needs, optimize technical resources, and manage unforeseen priorities while reporting directly to technical leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Excellente maîtrise des techniques du spectacle
- Expérience confirmée en accueil de tournées
- Lecture de plans techniques complexes
- Maîtrise du logiciel AUTOCAD
- Leadership affirmé
- Capacité à gérer des équipes importantes
- Prise de décision rapide en environnement sous pression
- Sens de la négociation et diplomatie
- Forte capacité d'anticipation
- Gestion multi-projets
- Rigueur et fiabilité
- Formation supérieure technique (métiers du spectacle, régie, technique événementielle)
- Expérience significative (minimum 7 à 10 ans) dans la régie
- Expérience en management d'équipes techniques
- Anglais professionnel apprécié (tournées internationales)
- Grande disponibilité (horaires étendus, nuits, week-ends)
- Sang-froid en environnement à forte pression
- Autorité naturelle et sens du collectif
- Sens aigu de la sécurité
- Exigence professionnelle
- Capacité d'adaptation aux productions internationales
