Job Summary
Cut tubing to length using a cutting machine, bend pipes with a bending machine, and verify parts with a Romer arm or drawing. Prepare final tubing presentation for welding interfaces and perform electrolytic marking. Operate a pneumatic test bench to test materials, identify defects, and determine corrective actions. Ensure workstation cleanliness, conduct first-level maintenance, and verify necessary certifications before operations. Record activities in the SAP system and actively participate in five-minute meetings for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- BEP with ideally a piping / sheet metal or mechanical orientation
- Reading of manufacturing instructions and drawings
- Use of drawings and implementation of bending machines
- Reading and compliance with work instructions
- Implementation of a machine according to instructions
- Reading of a definition plan
- Verification and measurement of dimensions / use of drawings
- Procedure for different cuts, length setting and interface preparation
- Visual control of work performed
- Compliance with safety instructions
- Assurance of operation traceability
