Job Summary
CDI Manager role responsible for planning, managing and coordinating clinical documentation integrity practices to ensure compliant documentation and appropriate reimbursement. Develops policies/guidelines for CDI workflow, recruits and develops clinical documentation specialists, and maintains training programs for coding and clinical documentation. Manages budgets, provides education to physicians and staff, collaborates with Medical Staff and related departments, and ensures adherence to government mandated CDI principles (MS-DRGs) with emphasis on education, collaboration, and process improvement within a hybrid Full-time role at Baptist Metro Square in Jacksonville. Requires a Bachelor of Science (non Nursing) and CDI leadership experience; CCDS and CDIP preferred.

- Bachelor of Science (non Nursing) Required
- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) - ACDIS Preferred
- Certified Documentation Improvement Professional (CDIP) - AHIMA Preferred
- 3-5 Years Clinical Documentation Improvement Experience
- 3-5 Years Clinical Experience
- 3-5 Years Leadership Experience
