Job Summary
Lead Traffic Manager at Hermès Digital overseeing data and performance, responsible for quality of digital traffic across paid search, SEO-GEO, and display/social channels; lead coordination with local markets/agencies, audit accounts, implement tracking, define global guidelines, and drive optimization via dashboards and reporting. Manages an internal/external team, evangelizes GEO/AI tooling, collaborates with Product/Dev/Content/HR for site optimizations, and communicates project updates publicly. Proficient in Ads platforms (Google Ads, Merchant Center, Meta/Pinterest/LinkedIn, Bing), SEO tooling (GSC, Monitorank, SEMrush), Analytics (GA4, Content Square), TMS (Tag Manager), and DataViz (Looker Studio); expected to guide attribution strategy across paid and organic channels for international ecommerce. Candidates should have a strong background in traffic management, international campaigns, and a strategic, collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering or business school degree (Bac +4/5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Traffic Manager
- Experience leading paid search and SEO-GEO for international ecommerce accounts
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and mentor an expert team
- Ability to define and drive SEO-GEO roadmaps and performance reporting
